DP038 "Wind-Swept Dune" Original Oil on Panel Painting by Jacqueline Hill
This at the Northern most tip of Fraser Island where the winds from the Pacific roar across the beach. To get to this point you have to plan ahead carefully with the tide times for the day. We raced up 75 Mile Beach in the 4WD so we could get back before we got locked in by the incoming tide. It was worth it when we saw a sea eagle circling right above us. The cameras always get busy on Fraser!
Original Painting oil on panel 150x150mm (apx 6x6"). Painting #38 of 365 from Daily Painting Series 2015. Painting for 7 February 2015.
