We get a few of these wallabies sneaking onto our property at dawn to nibble on my rose bushes. They are usually too shy for me to get a good picture of them. My friend Bronwyn took some great photos for me to paint from, when a really big brave one visited her property to nibble the grass and laze around sleeping in the sun like he owned the place.

Original Painting oil on panel 150x150mm (apx 6x6"). Painting #39 of 365 from Daily Painting Series 2015. Painting for 8 February 2015.
